Monday Grandma, Grant and I ventured to Kansas City for a Checkup at Children's Mercy. Dr.Gatti said everything looked good and we do not need to come back until he is potty trained.
We then went to Town Center and shopped for Christmas clothes for Grant. Grandma got him some really cute clothes for this winter. Can't wait to see him wear them

Sunday we went to Lucas' First Birthday party, Grant was not in the best of moods so we did not stay as long as we would have like. But I am glad we got the be there to share in a special day. After the party we went to Hy-Vee for a few groceries. Then home for some family fun. It was a long weekend, the week will seem even longer.
Saturday at Grandma and Grandpa's
Tailgaiting Is Fun
Saturday was very busy for the Digg's Family. First the Homecoming parade which is always a good time. Afterwards everyone traveled to the parking lot for, food, drinks and lots of laughs. Grant had such a good time even acquiring a nickname "Marshmallow Man". Here you can see him sitting on the tailgate with Dad. Grant went to his first of many Bearcat games, he slept the entire time we were there. I guess he is to little for football. Maybe next game he will be more alert.

Sunday Full of Fun.
Yesterday we spent most of the day at home. I purged through some old things, found old pictures that made me laugh. Later that day we went to Mimi and Pa's house for some apple fun, Aunt Rachel and Mimi made, apple pies, apple crisp, apple sauce, apple cake and apple pecan rolls. The were delicious.
